1) To get this Header, double click on the image and click "save as" you can then pick which file on your computer to save it to, so that you can find it later.
2) To put it onto your blog, do step one, and then sign into your blog, click "layout" and click on "edit" which is right by the header. there will be a place to "browse", click on that and find the file. Be sure to check the box "instead of title and description" instead of "behind title and description" and then click save. And there you have it!
